Depending on the status of your order with our third-party warehouse located in Canada we may or may not be able to cancel a given order before it ships.

Note: Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee we'll be able to cancel your order before it ships.  We use a third-party warehouse, and canceling a shipment is not always an available option.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you need to cancel an order, please request a cancellation by contacting iFixit's Customer Support  here

Include the following in your initial contact:
  • Order number
  • Include the keyword cancel in the body of your message or subject line. 
  • The reason for the cancellation request
