My tracking is saying the shipment is being returned to sender!
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the shipping carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund for the order.
Returned undeliverable packages are subject to a 3-5 business day processing time, so if you would like to expedite redelivery, you may place a new order.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact us.
Incorrect Address Change
If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we may not be able to modify it if your order has shipped. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and the correct address.
