iFixit Canada: My tracking is saying the shipment is being returned to sender!

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the shipping carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a  full refund for the product, and a coupon for the shipping charges.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to a 3-5 business day processing time, so if you would like to expedite redelivery, you may place a new order. 

If you suspect your order has been return to us as undeliverable and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund, please contact us and select "something else" to ask about the status of your return.

Incorrect Address Change

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we may not be able to modify it if your order has shipped. If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Select "something else" and include your order number and the correct address.   Please note that we may not be able to make changes to the order if it has begun processing.
